Firstly, John Paul Lopez and Josh Logue were so incredible kind and patient with me. There was a point where I was about to purchase a car, but when I arrived, a different salesperson showed me a different model of the car I originally wanted, an LS not an LT. I almost didn't notice because he had said it was an LT but then when I went to do the OnStar call, I noticed the tag on the keys was a LS and was really taken back because I had trusted what they were telling me. I ended up having an anxiety attack and leaving because the other salesmen and finance guy were pushing this car I didn't even want on me. Josh called the next day and apologized for the whole situation and offered to help me personally, assuring me that that experience will not happen again. I told him the exact car I wanted, make, model, year, and color and he said that he'd find it for me- and he did! He was really working hard to make sure everything was a much better experience and that I got everything I wanted and needed to make this purchase work, which means a lot since I'm an educator. John Paul helped me with the papers and a different finance person was there to help me though the financing paperwork. Overall, I really appreciated how they reached out and did everything to fix my experience. It meant a lot to me and I LOVE my new car!

I take my truck to your Dealership quite often and for whatever reason it takes at least 2 hours for a simple oil change. Online i sin up for a spot availa ble which makes me assume the service should be completed in that time slot. I was told when I took my truck it would be between 60 minutes to 90 minutes but as you know, it took 2 hours.

The service was quick. The guys topped off my fluids as part of the oil change. The service rep was respectable and courteous.

Paid 200+ for an estimate about what was wrong because check engine light was on for a few miles, but then clicked off. Told catalytic converter was the problem, near $4000 to replace. Suburban only has 120 thousand miles and just passed inspection months ago. Took it in for second opinion to Fox Automotive to get estimate for some body work (unrelated). Told with only 130 thousand miles this repair would be abnormal. Told catalytic converter was fine and if it was a problem I would hear a rattling and it would affect acceleration. Told to drive it and see if light came back on. Drove to Las Cruces and back and around town for days, still no light. Told it was probably a scam. Is this the reason why the sales folks pushed so hard to get me to trade in the truck? I want my 200 dollars back. What a rip off. I wont ever be back to Larry H. Miller. I miss Casa where I bought the truck from. They weren't pushy and provided with options. Sad when you cant trust the people who work on your car. Ill go elsewhere to fix the truck and to another dealer for my upcoming purchase.

Quick fast and efficient. Scheduled my appointment in line @11:10 am and was in by 11:40 same day and out in less than an hour!

I take my 2022 Chevy Silverado in for maintenance regularly. They have been very responsive and don't try to oversell things I do not need.

Richard Chavez is the best service writer on the planet. I’m in the Navy and I have had to deal with a lot of different service writers and Richard Chavez is the absolute best. Always friendly and helpful.
